How to make your appointment:

Office visits are by appointment only.  When, you call, please tell the receptionist the reason for your visit so we can schedule you with the appropriate clinician.   Be sure to have your insurance card handy to relay that information.  Urgent requests are screened by our clinical staff for the appropriate appointment time.  Please bring all medications and any recent X-rays, MRI’s, CT scans.  We make every effort to see you on time - if an emergency or surgery interferes with our schedule, the receptionist will try to notify you of the delay.  If you are unable to keep an appointment, please let us know 24 hours prior to your appointment so we can use your time slot to help someone else.  Online booking coming soon!
